One of the very best parts about CrossFit is that every single day is different. Here you’ll find our Workout of the Day (or WOD) filled with a wide variety of functional movements such as Olympic lifting, gymnastics, running and rowing. Each movement component can be scaled back to accommodate any level of fitness.
