50 Double Unders (100 singles)
50 Single skips
25m Pinch Grip Farmers carry 20/15kg (1 plate in each hand) (Scale to 50m FC 24/16 kg OR DB 22.5/15kg)
10 Power clean 70/50kg (scale weight, then scale to DB or KB Cleans ideally one each hand)
Modify deadlift to doing banded DL or HEAVY KB or DB deadlift but increase reps to say 8-12 depending on load available.
