Chipper Fun! Embrace the suck and sweat!!

10 rounds for time:

50 Double Unders (100 singles)

25 Situps

50 Single skips

25m Pinch Grip Farmers carry 20/15kg (1 plate in each hand) (Scale to 50m FC 24/16 kg OR DB 22.5/15kg)

10 Power clean 70/50kg (scale weight, then scale to DB or KB Cleans ideally one each hand)

45min cap.


Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3

Modify deadlift to doing banded DL or HEAVY KB or DB deadlift but increase reps to say 8-12 depending on load available.

Can't wait until we can all sit around together in squat holds! 😂🙈
