11:00 to 22:00

30 Wall-balls 9/6kg
20 T2B (20 T2R or 40 Leg raises)
22:00 to 33:00
3 rounds for time
30 Backsquat at 60/40kg
20 Burpee over bar
9min cap at each section. Get in, go hard then enjoy the rest before the next part. Work with intensity for the three rounds!
