  • Wall walks

  • Freestanding

  • Kick up against wall


2) 3 rounds for max reps at each minute

Min 1- lunges

Min 2- leg raises

Min 3- air-squats

Min 4- double unders

Min 5- rest


3) 50 burpees for time! (Post times or videos to comments or instagram!)


4) 20mins MOBILITY
