Saturday Schedule

For those wanting to make some plans this is a loose run down of Saturday!

  • 8-11am we will run our FUN PAIRS in house comp. Probably 2-3 workouts, heats will count other heats, pairs will be assigned in the morning. Try to arrive at around 730ish to warm up, and we will draw pairs and explain workouts at 8am! First heat to go around 830am or before.

  • After workouts coffee machine will be on!

  • Lunch snacks from 12ish with drinks and socialising!

  • This will be a great opportunity to meet new members, mingle and relax on a Saturday afternoon! Please BYO your own drinks and maybe some chairs!

This is a super relaxed affair, no need to dress up and kids and partners totally welcome! Just don't forget to buy your meal tickets via the app!
