Scale to Body weight and do 15reps/side

Can also use a KB or weight vest


Part 2:

For time:

50 DB Box Step-ups 20"

100 DB/KB Deadlifts

50 DB Box Step-Ups 20"


SUGGESTED WEIGHTS:

Step ups: 22.5/15kg Or 24/16kg

DEADLIFT 32/24kg, 35/22.5kg 40kg KB, 48kg KB
