WOD Wednesday 1st July

Can you believe we are halfway through the year! So it's been somewhat tumultuous so far - keen to see what the backend of 2020 has got to offer! However, it's still a good time to reassess your goals for this year - maybe adjust them, accept that some might not be able to happen the way you wanted in January - so maybe come in, change them and get some fresh focus and perspective for the next 6 months! It's ok to change the goal posts, just make sure you know why and what the new goals are! you still need accountability and consistency - so have a read of your January list and see what you have achieved, what's still to do and what you might focus on for the next 6 months!
