Males: 90kg

Females: 60kg

15min cap


2) SUPERSET BENCH AND DIPS

Every 4 mins for 4 rounds:

5 reps HEAVY BENCH + MAX RING DIPS (scale to ring support hold max time, narrow pushups)


3) 200 Double Unders for time
