It's CHIPPER DAY! What is a chipper you ask?! It's a great workout format whereby you need to "chip" away at each part of the workout before you can progress to the next. Traditionally a slightly longer, more gruelling workout designed to test your capacity, endurance and ability to get work done efficiently! Enjoy chipper Wednesday! 😊
