1) 5 rounds for time:

5 bar muscle up (< reps, 5 C2B, 5 PU, 10 ring pulls)

10 DB snatch left

10 OH DB lunges left

10 Toes to Bar (T2R, 20 Hanging Knee raises)

10 DB snatch right

10 DB OH lunges right

10 Toes to Bar

5 bar muscle ups

1 min rest after each round.
