1) Snatch Complex

Power snatch

Full snatch

Snatch balance

On 90 sec x 10 rounds

Then 5 mins to build to a max of complex

2) 14 min AMRAP

5 Overhead Squats

5 Front squat

5 Back squat

50 double unders

25 Sit-ups

Males: 60kg

Females: 40kg

If ohs isnt possible sub for 5 power snatch
