WOD


A) DEADLIFT- LOTS OF OPTIONS BASED ON YOUR EQUIPMENT AVAILABILITY.

  1. Barbell 7-7-5-5-5-3-3-3

  2. If not enough weight go just 7s or do 10-10-10-10-10

  3. Use bands to make it heavier- see demo vid in Forum!

  4. Use DB or KB and do single leg DEADLIFT 10reps/side for 5 sets

  5. Alternatively can do 100KB SWINGS for time


B) FOR TIME

300 Lunges (body weight) EMOM 10 Situps

Start with 10 Situps then perform 10reps each minute on the minute thereafter. Complete the lunges in remaining time in minute until all lunges done!


C) 21-15-9 reps for time

Toes to Bar

Hang Power Clean 70/50kg

  • Sub toes to bar to V-UPS Or 2 x leg raises

  • Can do HPC with dumbbells or KB
