This Saturday we will be running a fundraising WOD - to help raise funds for and awareness of domestic Violence. This is a community event across QLD after the tragic events involving Hannah, her children and estranged husband. She was a big part of the CrossFit community and to honour and hopefully bring some positivity form her passing many boxes and fitness facilities are banding together with the "Hanstands for Hand" fund-raising workout.
We will be running this workout at 6am on Saturday 7th March - it will be a $15 WOD Donation with all of this going to DV connect. You can choose to donate online via the link or on the day with cash. We hope you can all come WOD with us and as a community show support for Hannah's family, friends and gym buddies!
