1) 10min EMOM Lunges

3 reps each leg, alternating


Choose either barbell, DB or KB depending on equipment. Try to go as heavy as available.


2) 10min EMOM squats

3 reps


Choose either barbell, DB or KB depending on equipment. With a barbell use a rack if available and Backsquat, or front squat from floor.


3) 7 rounds for time:

10 BOX JUMP OVERS 24/20"

10 V-UPS

10 Thrusters (choose barbell, DB or KB)
