In Teams of 3:

10 Toes to Bar (10 V-ups, 10 Leg raises)

10 Box Jump Over 24"/20" (step-ups)

10m Handstand Walk (5m HS Walk, 1 wall walk)

P1 - Working

P2 - Resting

P3- Hold plank while P1 working

"You go, I go relay style" - P1 goes, then tags P2 who then tags P3 to start next round.

Part 2: 5 rounds for time:

25 Situps

50 Double Unders
