New gymnastics block starts this week! We will be focusing on HSPU and freestanding HSPU as well as throwing in some GHD and core work! See you Thursday- don't forget to book! ๐Ÿ˜Š




As many rounds as possible in 35 mins:

10 Overhead lunges left arm 24/16kg

10 Overhead lunges right arm 24/16kg

Run 400m

10 Backsquat 70/50kg

20 deadlifts 70/50kg

Rest 1min at end of the round and go hard!
