BEFORE WORKOUT

BACKSQUAT 3-3-3

DEADLIFT 3-3-3


Warm up and build to a heavy triple (3) and then do 3 sets at this heavy weight. Go every 3mins and rest once the 3 reps are done.

"DT"

5 rounds for time of:

12 Deadlifts 70/50kg

9 Hang Power Cleans 70/50kg

6 Push Jerks 70/50kg


or "HEAVY DT"

5 rounds for time of:

12 Deadlifts 93/65kg

9 Hang Power Cleans 93/65kg

6 Push Jerks 93/65kg


If you don't have a barbell then use your DB or KB and if it's light you could do "Double DT" which is 10 rounds! Also a great version and has been done at the Games before!
