WOD TUESDAY 12th October

This Saturday we have our Olympic Lifting Workshop! This will start at 8am and run until 10am. If you have been wanting to get some tips, technique help and advice then this is DEFINITELY something you should attend! We will have 4 coaches on hand to help you and it should be a fun morning of learning and practice.
