WOD Tuesday 12th May

1) Weighted Lunges on 3:00

10-10-10-10-10 (this is 10 each leg)


2) 15min EMOM

2 Squat Clean + 1 Split Jerk


3) 5 rounds of:

Min 1- 14 Pistols

Min 2- 15m Handstand Walk

Min 3- 20 Sit-ups


Scaling:

1- scale pistol depth then scale to step ups or 28 airsquats

2- scale HS walk to 5 or 10m, then scale to 2 wall walks or a hold


ADDITIONAL LIFTING TRAINING

1- Snatch Drop 5-5-5-5-5


2- Snatch Balance 5-5-5-5-5


3- Full Snatch 3-3-3-3-3


CARDIO


20min Intervals - 40 ON, 20 OFF

Use the bike or rower for this if you have them alternatively run with this interval pattern
