Lifting class starts back TONIGHT @ 6pm! This will replace the CrossFit class - so Tuesday will now be 430pm CrossFit and 6pm Lifting class! We are super pumped to bring back this speciality class and have Coach Cal back on board helping you refine your lifting technique!
1) SNATCH EMOM
8min EMOM - 3 Muscle Snatch
8min EMOM - 2 Power Snatch
8min EMOM - 2 Full Snatch
If mobility an issue in full snatch, go LIGHT at this point and work on a low power position. Try to move into those deeper positions under light load.
2) Teams of 3 - Indian File 12min AMRAP

10 (L) DB Snatch 22.5/15kg
10 (R) DB Snatch 22.5/15kg
