- double unders

- handstand negatives

- handstand holds

- handstand walks

- ring muscle up drills on low rings

- handstand push-ups

- v-ups (for toes to bar)


2) HARDIO CARDIO

DO NOT SKIP THIS! NOW IS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR HARDCORE CARDIO GAINS!!


100 Burpees - But at the start and each minute on the minute thereafter do 15 double under (20 singles)


GO HARD! - if you want turn your burpees into a burpee roof/bar/beam touch on the jump!


3) MOBILISE

New mobility video online in our forum section - follow along and spend some time working on your stiff, restricted body parts!


4) CORE IS MORE

3 rounds of:

90 sec plank hold 30 sec rest


Scaling: 1min on, 1 min off for 3 rounds
