WOD Thursday 7th October

So hopefully you all tuned into to our instagram stories and feed posts on Wednwsday- but if you missed it....We have noticed an increase in short repping and WE ARE NOT OK WITH THIS. We don't believe it to be good for you, your character building or the experience of others within our gym environment. As part of the training here at Desire we want to foster honesty, integrity and hard work- and celebrate the successes you achieve from your efforts. Short repping has no place here.

We hope you all take this on board and take measures to improve your counting skills. Consider this a warning... 😀😉

1) Bench / box squat

Set up bench or jerk block appropriate for your height to squat parallel.

5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5 On 3:00mins

Between sets do:

1 set of max strict pullups

Add weight if going over 15 reps

Add a band to get approx 10 reps.

2) For time

21-15-9 reps for time

DB squat cleans 22.5/15kg
