WOD THURSDAY 27th FEBRUARY

It's OPEN GYM DAY! YAY!!

Come in the morning session 530am-10am or in the afternoon session 3pm -7pm! It's a great day to train in a more casual format, spend some time working on your skills and having fun with friends!

1) For Time:

3000m row + EMOM 8 WALLBALLS 9/6kg

2) 10min EMOM or 10mins practicing
