WOD Thursday 26th March

Congratulations to each and everyone of you for making the most of an average situation! We have loved watching the videos and pictures of your home gym set-ups come through! Haha some even make me laugh out load - check our insta stories for that gem!


LSD - Long Slow Distance Run

There are a few options here:

1- 10km Run (if running if your jam)

2- 5km run (if your ok but not great at running)

3- 5km Run/walk (perfect if your starting out)

We strongly encourage you all to get outside and enjoy the great outdoors while you can! Fresh air, sunshine and some cool running tracks and trails! Bunya is a personal favourite!

If you can't run try these bike or row options!

1- 10km Row or 20km Bike

2- 5km Row or 10km Bike

We also encourage you all to spend at least 20mins mobilising! We might even have little mobility flow for you to catch online later in the day!

Also - don't skip this! You NEED THIS exercise - so if your not great at running, use this as a chance to improve NOT AVOID this skill.
