WOD Thursday 23rd April

Let's meet two new "Girls!" Sounds like fun hey? It will be!!


Firstly- pick the girl best suited to your ability!

Secondly- scale appropriately

Thirdly - GO HARD! and make sure you share your time in either instagram, teamdesire or via the app in the forum section!



"CANDY"

5 rounds for time:

20 Pull-ups ( could do strict or strict in band if you can, ring pulls)

40 Push-Ups (scale to off edge of bench or box, or last resort knees)

60 Airsquats (if you can't squat due to injury sub for airy or row calories x 40)


OR


"MAGGIE"

5 rounds for time:

20 Strict HSPU (scale to 1abmat, or can do kipping BUT only kip if you are can do an RXD STRICT HSPU)

40 Pull-Ups

60 Pistols (single leg alternating squat) (you can scale this to a bench or box, providing you can actually pistol to start with)
