400 meter Run (sub for 800m air bike or 400m row)

29 Back Squats 61.5/43kg


  • Use both dumbbells you have at home and do squats with dumbbells on shoulders

  • Use a deadball and Zercher Squat

  • Use KB and hold in front rack position and front squat with them

  • Do 60 Airsquats +/- weight vest

  • DO NOT MAKE EXCUSES - get after this one!
