15 min AMRAP

10 Box step overs 2x24/2x16kg

20 Situps


Every min on min do 10 cal bike


One person completing the whole exercise before next exercise starts...I.e one person starts on step overs, one person on air bike then person 3 doesn't start situps until all step ups are completed by teammate.
