VEGGIE CHALLENGE MONTH!
The purpose of this month is to increase your intake of fresh vegetables and in doing so improve diet and health! We are challenging you to ensure you get 600g a day of fresh vegetables across your 3-5 meals!
This isn't suggesting you all become vegetarians, but rather encouraging you to broaden your vegetable horizons and try some new flavours - and in the process get more fibre, vitamins and minerals into yourself from whole food sources!
