Every 90 Sec x 10 rounds:

Muscle snatch

Power snatch

Full snatch.


Complex nice and light. Move well.


2) 10 mins to find HEAVY for complex in part 1


Substitute complex: 1 muscle snatch + 2 power snatch.



3) TEST: 1 max set of wallballs.


4) TEST: 1 max set of unbroken pull-ups
