30 Sit-ups

1min bridge

30 leg raises

1min bridge

30 hip thrusts


ZOOMNASTICS- we are running 2 zoom classes on Monday a 5pm and 545pm Gymmastics class! This class will be 30mins in duration and we will share the link tomorrow.
