And each min on min do 7/5 cal bike or rower Or 5 burpees if no bike/rower!


B) STRENGTH


1- Hang squat clean x 3

X 7 sets on 2.30


2- Backsquat

X 15RM

X 5RM

X 15RM


3 heavy sets. Warm up and go heavy. Have ample rest between sets
