WOD Monday 9th November

Starting this week we will be collecting canned/packaged food donations for the annual Salvation Army Christmas Food Appeal. Thanks to Cara for inspiring this idea and helping to get it running - it's a great way to spread some festive cheer and help those less fortunate! We will be setting up some collection bins as you head in the front door and there will be a list of ideas for those not sure what to donate! Thanks in advance everyone!

With a 40min time cap - work through:

2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20 reps

Toes to Bar (T2Rings, or 2x leg raises)

Pistols (to a lower height, or 2x air squats)

BUT EMOM - 1 Squat Clean & Jerk 100/65kg (no Thruster allowed) until you complete reps above!
