A) 12min EMOM PUSHUPS
Pick your own reps based on ability
Increase difficulty by adding weight vest or weighted backpack.
B) 5 rounds of: 1min ON, 1min OFF
10 DB/KB DEADLIFT 32/24 (or whatever you have)
10 BURPEES
10 DB/KB SNATCH (5 each arm)
30 DOUBLE UNDERS (60 singles)
Pick up where you finish off at the minute mark.
STRENGTH OPTION:
If you have a bench press then:
E2MOM 3reps x 7sets
ADDITIONAL CORE:
10min SIDE PLANK
- 1min/side
- 45sec/side 15 rest
- 30sec/ side 30 rest
