WOD MONDAY 30th March



WORKOUT OPTIONS


1) BENCHPRESS

Work to find a heavy 8reps then:

On a 4:00min clock

8reps Bench press (at the max weight you found)

+ MAX PUSHUPS


If you don't have a Bench press sub for:

A) Weighted Push-Up + Push-up (work to max weight for 8reps then superset the 4 rounds with that weight + normal pushups)

B) Ring Dips + Push Ups


C) Ring Push Ups + Pushups



2) 5 rounds of 2mins ON, 1min OFF

10 Burpees

10 KB Swings (whatever weight you have)

30 Double Unders (50 singles)


3) MOBILITY

As many of is are now house bound this is a wonderful opportunity to work on your mobility. Try to spend at least 30mins throughout the day stretching, no longer confined by work offices and corporate clothes, you can be free to stretch and type in your favorite activewear (or loungewear) 🤣


4) CORE IS MORE

Accumulate 10mins in a plank position! You can break this up throughout the day.
