2 reps


2) then spend time working to find a 2rep max power clean


3) 7min ASCENDING Ladder

1 DEADLIFT + 20 Double Unders (30 singles)

2 DL + 20 DU

3 DL + 20 DU

4 DL + 20 DU


Deadlift weight is double what you finished your 2 rep max power clean.


4) 3min AMRAP

BURPEE OVER BAR (Or Burpee bar touch, or just normal burpees)
