Today we will all complete open workout 21.2!

This is a great couplet of dumbbell snatch and burpee box jumps! Get ready to dig deep, work hard and record some fast times!

Some key points to consider:

  • Transfer of the dumbbell is more efficient on the way down BEFORE it hits the floor

  • Try to pick a pace you can maintain and build from, the reps ASCEND so don't burn out too quickly

  • Warm up your hamstrings and lower back prior to class
