WOD MONDAY 21st September

The CrossFit Games stage 1 was held over the weekend and now the top 5 male and female athletes have qualified for the 2020 Games! Was an interesting format this year- for obvious reasons- but some of the workouts looked awesome!


WOD

1) 3 rounds every 6mins of:

30 Wall-balls 9/6kg

20 Toes to Bar

10 Ring Muscle Ups


Scaling the RMU:

- scale to 5 RMU

- scale to BMU

- scale to 10 C2B PU + 10 Ring Dips

- scale to 10 Pullups + 10 Dips

- scale to 10 Ring pulls + 10 pushups


2) 10min EMOM

STRICT PULL-UPS (Min 3 reps)

Use bands to assist as required.


3) "TABATA"

8 rounds- 20on, 10off

Sit-ups
