TONIGHT WE WILL BE RUNNING 2 ZOOM GYMNASTICS CLASSES, EACH CLASS IS GOING TO RUN FOR 30MINS.
Class 1: 5pm
Class 2: 545pm
WORKOUT
20mim Alternating EMOM
Min 1: 5 reset Deadlifts
Min 2: 10 Strict toes to Bar
Scaling:
- Scale to KB or DB Deadlifts 10 reps
- banded Deadlifts 15reps
- scale toes to bar to V-UPS, leg raises x15
PART 2
For time:
100 Double Unders
21 Burpees
75 Double Unders
15 Burpees
50 Double Unders
9 Burpees
If you cannot double under then do 2x singles. If you can do double Unders but not well then maybe half this rep scheme and work on them!
