WOD Monday 1st March

Welcome to MARCH! Crazy to think we are heading into the 3rd Month of 2021 already, we are also just 11 days out from the start of the CrossFit Open. We are super excited about this event this year and it will be nice to bring back some friendly competitive CrossFit comps to the calendar after last year!


Make sure you jump online to the games.crossfit.com.au website and register yourself and link yourself to CrossFit Desire. We will let you know exactly how, when and what format we will run these events by the end of the week!


WOD

1) Thruster off floor

3 every 60 sec x 5 sets

5 mins to 1 rep max thruster!



2) 12 min AMRAP
