WOD MONDAY 1st JUNE
It's True! The gym will be back open for REAL FACE TO FACE Classes TOMORROW! This is beyond exciting and we certainly look forward to welcoming you all back! There are a couple of things to note though-
1- Class timetable has changed! We are on an interim timetable and will address each week, but hope to have our regular classes up and running ASAP!
2- YOU MUST BOOK - use your app of the "book now" button on the website.
3- Could all equipment please come back ON TUESDAY - as I shall need to be on hand to facilitate this process and to check gear back in!
WORKOUT
1) Get as far as possible in 15 mins:

200m Run
