We will be having a one week break from gymnastics before we start the new block! Well done to everyone on the last block- you guys smashed it! Some great BMU achievements and kipping progressions! New block will start 23rd September!

1) 14 min AMRAP- you go, I go!

20m lunge walk (10m out, 10m back)

M 2x32 F 2x24


2) 20min AMRAP- divide as you wish!

10 DB squat cleans 22.5/15kg

20 PUSH-UPS on DB's


Plus EMOM 5C2B pull-ups (one person can do this and other can be doing the other movements)
