20m lunge walk (10m out, 10m back)
M 2x32 F 2x24
2) 20min AMRAP- divide as you wish!
10 DB squat cleans 22.5/15kg
20 PUSH-UPS on DB's
Plus EMOM 5C2B pull-ups (one person can do this and other can be doing the other movements)
