Bike 30/20cal
Run 300m
When in round:
1- 40 wallballs
2- 40 Sit-ups
3- 30 muscle / power snatch 40/30kg
4- 40 Sit-ups
5- 20m handstand walk (40m bear crawl)
6- 40 Sit-ups
7- 40 lunges 40/30kg
Indian file style
Rest 2 min after last person finishes and if time allows do.....
Side plank 6 mins- rotating sides every 30 seconds.
