DB Snatch 22.5/15kg
1 min plank after each SET (I.E after 5 of everything 1 min plank, after 10 of everything 1 min plank)
Left hand then right hand for DB snatch... hold it for 5 in left then 5 in right, then 10 each side, then 15beach side etc.
If plank falls down... pause the 1 min clock and resume it after your rest
