WOD Friday 6th March

On Saturday we will be running a fundraising/awareness WOD in remembrance of Hannah and her three little children. This workout has been designed by her home gym and we will be charging a $15 entry fee for all people who attend on the day - this will go directly to DV Connect QLD to help others in situations like Hannah's. We hope you can all join us 630am Saturday!
