Overhead Squats - with bands, broomstick of empty bars.

10-10-10-10-10 or (5-5-5-5-5) if you can do them weighted.


Warm up your split jerk too! Start light, focus on technique and speed under the bar!



1) 10min AFAP (as far as possible)

15 Power Snatch @

20/15kg

30/20kg

40/25kg

50/30kg

60/35kg etc


Rest 5mins


Then 10mins AFAP

15 Clean & Jerk @

20/15kg

30/20kg

40/25kg

50/30kg

60/35kg etc


Can scale weight to 20/15, 25/17.5, 30/22.5 etc


THEN SPEND 10mins finding MAX CLEAN & JERK!
