Don't forget we will have our 730am Zoom Saturday session tomorrow! You will need a barbell or a your KB/DB. This will be a fun one!!
1) 20min AMRAP
5 Muscle Snatch 60/40kg (sub for KB or DB Snatch and do 5 each side)
15 Push-ups
15 Sit-ups
50 Double Unders (100 singles)
2) If you have barbell then spend some time working on the following:
SNATCH BALANCE: E2MOM 3-3-3-3-3-3-3
Only do this if you know what a snatch balance is and have been previously attending our olympic lifting classes.
3) 5min AMRAP
20 Leg Raises
10 KB Swings 24/16kg

Split Jerk - E2MOM 3-3-3-3-3-3-3
