Double Unders


BUT...


After each complete set of Double Unders, perform 5 TOUCH AND GO Clean & Jerk 60/40kg.


If you break on the DU or the cleans then you MUST start that set again!


Once completed the last 5 DU and 5 Touch & Go Clean & Jerk, then spend remaining time working to find a 3RM of the Clean & Jerk.
