15/12/9/6/5/4/3/2/1

Bench Press

After each set

10 banded tricep pushdown

I.e first 3mins 15 bench + 10 Tricep pushdown, 2nd 3 mins 12 bench + 10 Tricep pushdown etc



2) SPRINT 10 rounds of:

5m Handstand walk

10 push-ups

10 min cap
