Leg Raises
Double Unders
EMOM - 10 pushups (scale to 5 push-ups or then scale to off edge of box or similar but do 10 reps)
BARBELL
2 Strict Press + 2 Pushpress
Every 90sec for 10 rounds
If you don't have a barbell you can do this with DB or KB instead. If the weight is too light, increase rep scheme to say 5 + 5.
