FRIYAY! WOD Friday 21st February

Happy Friday Everyone!

This month we have been encouraging a veggie challenge - I hope you are all trying to fill your plate wit at least 200g of FRESH vegetables every meal!

The benefits of this are:

a) you will have less space for bad food

b) improve your health with more nutrients being delivered to your body

c) improve your digestion and fat burning capabilities by increasing your fibre intake

d) the healthier you eat, the better you perform!

WOD

1) 15min EMOM

1 rep power clean

2) 10min EMOM

5min EMOM 2 Clean Pull

5min EMOM 2 Deadlift

3) Sprint for time:

75 Thrusters 40/30kg

75 Burpee Over Bar (lateral)
